This month I will be working on finishing my flyers for my event. I will be hoping to have those done by mid-January. I need to get this done quick so I can hand out flyers to people. I need to get this done quickly as possible because need a minimum of 20 people to attend in order to have an event at the venue I will be having the event at.
Another issue I have is that I need to pay a (discounted) fee to the venue so that they get payed for us using their space, and also I need to make sure that as many people as possible can attend so that I can pay the venue fee and also have a decent amount as a donation to give to PALS when all expenses of the event are payed for first.
I already had a drafted flyer completed at the end of December, and I am only starting to work on a new draft for my flyer.
